Houghton Winery is synonymous with Western Australia and long renowned for wines of high quality, consistency and flavour. Houghton have been prolific trophy and medal winners since winning the Order of Merit at the Great Melbourne Exhibition of 1880 earning the ongoing and well deserved title of Western Australia's most awarded winery. Houghton embraces all the premium winegrowing areas of Western Australia, each vintage selecting parcels from all premium wine regions including Frankland River, Margaret River, Pemberton, Swan Valley and Gingin. The flagship wine Houghton Jack Mann, in honour of the late, great winemaker of Houghton for over 51 vintages, recently classified by Langton's "distinguished" category, continues to represent classic Western Australian Cabernet style. Today, the name 'Houghton' is synonymous with fine wines and is home to one Australia's most popular wines Houghton White Classic.
