ItineraryYou will hand temper milk chocolate on marble. You will make a range of chocolates including bars, raspberry hearts, lollipops with artwork and freckles! All the chocolates made go home with the class participants! you will receive a certificate.
All classes 2.00 - 3.30pm.
Bring your own apron; long hair back and non-slip shoes please.
